Whooping Cough

Since the earthquakes, whooping cough has become more prevalent in Christchurch area.

Whooping cough is a serious disease which is highly contagious where there is not immunity through vaccination. Please check with your doctor that your family vaccinations are up-to-date. The whooping cough vaccine is one of those which needs a periodic 'top up'.
